Returns & refunds

Because of the nature of research chemicals, opened or temperature-sensitive vials generally cannot be returned.

If you receive the wrong item, a short-dated lot relative to what was advertised, or a parcel damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and evidence.

Approved refunds or replacements are processed to the original payment method once the claim is verified.

Change-of-mind returns on sealed, unopened items may be considered at our discretion and may exclude outbound shipping costs.
